“Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement dans ce petit établissement directement au bord de la mer à 3 minutes de l’aéroport! Tout y était. Très propre. Ils nous ont conduit à l’aéroport en pleine nuit! Une aubaine! Merci! ”

“This is a well kept small hotel set back into the jungle, about five minutes away from Trivandrum, with the sounds of native birds filling the air in the morning and evening. The rooms are comfortable, with beautiful tropical views, and the staff very accommodating.”

“It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby. There is a small swimming pool which I enjoyed a couple of times, which seemed seldom used, but a real pleasure. It’s located off some main road and easy to get places. I had my best night’s sleep in 8 days in India and that was most welcome. Breakfast was straightforward and simple. It is in many ways like any other……

“It was amazing. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left all the staff were amazing. They helped with food recommendations, also the food at the hotel was amazing! The bar is perfect and friendly guests and staff. The room was always clean and housekeeping were great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to any traveller. I will definitely be coming back”

“櫃台經理的態度非常惡劣，如果你不讓他敲你一筆的話，請他們幫忙叫local taxi到機場都不肯。早餐餐廳也非常陰暗，食物內容貧乏單調，亦無蔬菜可吃。飯店本身極小，附近環境也很差，與飯店所要求的價格完全不符。整體來說只能說是三星的旅館。”

“We were very disappointed with the service at this hotel. When we tried to pay during the day, no staff were present at reception. We went to reception several times and I even sat in the garden for an hour on a video call and didn’t see anyone. We assumed we would be able to settle the bill in the morning, but instead, someone came knocking on our door at 10pm demanding payment. This was intrusive and unprofessional, especially at that hour. It made us feel uncomfortable. The room itself is……

“Had a good stay, with extremely helpful reception staff especially Bneha. Rating it poorly because of poor management. Never stayed in a place where they charge you for misplaced 2nd door keycard and for a slightly stained bath towel. Totally unreasonable charges”

“We were disappointed about new year party we attended. Next day we got food poisoning. We had upset upset stomach and diarrhea last three days our holiday. We did report it to manager but he didn't take it seriously ”
