“The staff member at the front desk failed to tell us that key cards are needed to use the room lights. The phone in the room wasn’t working so we had to walk to the front desk for these instructions. Wifi pass code was incorrect on the room card holder but staff member also forgot to mention that.. so had to walk back to front desk for this. ”

“Easy enough to drive to from the airport in a quiet location. All major tourist things are easily accessible by car. Rooms are great. Meals are a bit dull an overpriced compared to what you can get in central Krakow. Staff are brilliant ... helpful and polite x ”

“Just used as an early flight from Krakow airport. Room was fine, comfortable. Didn't use breakfast facility. I'd be more inclined to use a central Krakow hotel and get an Uber to the airport in future to maximise the great experience in the city.6”

“Located near all the sites, including Krakow and Zacopane, the location is perfect. Lots of room in the house. We had family coming and going all week and were never crowded. Right next to a very nice church. The hosts conveniently provided coffee, lots of towels, and other conveniences.”

“Located next to the Krakow airport and the motorway. Pretty worn-out and simple standard. Cheap, but so are also other hotels in Poland with way better standards.”

“It was clean, but very worn. Staff was ok. No TV in the room. Very far from Krakow, in the middle of nowhere. Overall not very pleasent.”

“The house is spacious, well decorated, and fullfilled all our needs. Beautifull rooms, restrooms and all what you need for a nice holliday. The house is located in a quiet area. Not much to do in the local area except for a wonderfull brewary including a very nice restaurant. Going to Krakow is highly recommended. If the surrounding of the house was as extraordinary as the house itself, the owner could charge a much higher price.”

“Wir haben eine entspannte Woche in dem wunderschönen, stilvoll eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen alten Haus verbracht. Die Kinder mochten vor allem den Pool, wir den großen parkähnlichen Garten. Man hört die Flugzeuge und die Autobahn, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Alles in allem super!”

“nous avons apprécié l'hébergement et nous le recommanderions volontiers si il n' y avait pas eu les travaux qui commençaient à 6H30 et finissaient parfois a 20H30. nous avons été obligé de vivre les fenetres fermés pour ne pas avoir la poussiere et le bruit . un sejour pas du tout reposant . sinon l'appart est superbe. le loueur devrait informer des gènes liées aux travaux ”
