“這間酒店不在古城區內，但由於我們是自駕遊，驅車前往也只在十分鐘內，亦算接近。最想一讚是酒店員工，全都十分殷勤有禮，也全靠前台職員主動提醒，我才知道要預早網上預約參觀納粹集中營，否則我可能因沒有預約而不能進去參觀。房間舒適整潔，早餐食物選擇多而味道不錯。以房間價格來衡量，這是超值之選。”

“Q hotel 是間在郊外不錯的旅店，有公車可到市區很方便，附近也有麥當勞、肯德基，24小時不怕餓肚子，還有間很大的超市，住宿方面環境乾淨安靜，服務人員態度很好。”

“We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel itself looks even better in person than it does in the photos — modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. For a four-star property, it easily exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Every request we made was handled promptly, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We even had a small accident where we broke a bottle……

The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay in Krakow and if we visit again we will definitely be staying at the Wawel Queen.”
