“Fun stop on the way out west to ski”

“I booked this place to stay during the year end holidays as it had a kitchen and some decent reviews. I paid for the property in full for a 10 night stay starting Dec 27 and when I went there, the property had no bed with sheets. All the sheets were taken out and put in the laundry room and were dirty. All the dishes were dirty and in the sink. The host did not respond to my calls. Dawna mentioned that she was on vacation and had no one to take the calls. Eventually I contacted the host through……
