“I would stay at this property again, I was disappointed that they didn't have a vending machine for late night drinks or snacks. ”

“Great resort although it is a bit tired. The bed was super comfy and the room a good size but the bathroom is dated. The clubhouse and restaurant is modern and well presented although during a torrential rainstorm the balcony roof leaked like a sieve. Staff were friendly enough although rule followers with no flexibility on how customer should work over their process. I would stay again. Pretty good value for money. The Chicken Fried Chicken dish in the restaurant is the best.”

You could tell everyone really took pride in their jobs - housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast staff, front desk. Pool & courtyard were well kept and we enjoyed that one evening too. Location is <5 min from restaurants, Target & shopping plus about 5-7 min to Six Flags Fiesta Texas. ”

“This was an excellent hotel. It is affordable and they even throw in a free breakfast for every day. It is not a buffet, but you get to order off the menu. We were very pleased with our stay at the Doubletree Northwest.”

“Room was clean and layout was very well thought out. Air conditioner dos a great job keeping cool whielnstaying quiet. Staff was very friendly , breakfast had nice healthy options. Kitchenware items were clean when arrived and made the stay much nicer though there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. A quick drive to locations nearby including Six Flags Fiesta Texas make this one of my family's favorite locations to stay in San Antonio. Thank you.”

“I would ask future guests to double check the door handle in their rooms. We experienced that it got stuck between the bedroom and living room. It wasn't a big problem for us. We are letting you know in case other travelers may be unfortunate enough to lock someone in who can't get out on their own.”

“The cabin was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like are the 2 windows on top don’t have curtains to cover them up but other then that they were perfect. Don’t understand the “mandatory fee” for the rental.”
