“Overall hotel was nice. I noticed trash on the tables in lobby when we checked in and still there when we checked out the following morning. Was shocked they charge for parking. Last at night we thought someone was knocking on our door and trying to get in but it was next door just sounded like ours. Rooms were clean, comfortable bed. Skipped breakfast since not a lot offered. ”

Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana”
