“My check in was somewhat confusing but eventually got thru it. If you're a cancer patient be sure to have your verification letter from Mayo Clinic several days before arriving. I was waiting to hear from Hope Lodge and didn't want to book something and have to cancel and possibly get charged for a room I didn't need.
