“beautiful room, wonderful food options , delicious menu”

“You won’t find a better deal in Santa Monica. The hotel is clean, conveniently located near the beach and attractions, and offers free parking, which is a big plus. The only downside is that the cleaning staff occasionally entered our room while we were still inside. Although they knocked beforehand, they came in a bit too quickly, which was a bit surprising.”

“My family and I had a trip into town unexpectedly and they were able to accommodate on the short notice without flaw everything was on point and they went above and beyond to make our experience not only satisfactory but absolutely enjoyable. We will be returning”

“Very friendly staffs with high efficiency. On the day we checked out, we stored our baggages in the morning. As we picked up in the afternoon, we realized our belonging may be left in the room. Though our uber had already arrived, staffs still found it shortly after that. Also, enough backup for several disposable items when calling for help. A close location to the airport. A nice and worthwhile place to stay again for the next chance visiting LA.”

“Overall, the hotel room was clean (looked like it had been recently remodeled) and had all the basics I needed for one night, but it was difficult to sleep because of the traffic on Lincoln Blvd. I also had other people going in and out of their rooms next to and below me that made a lot of noise when the doors slammed, and it kept going on right up until midnight. No coffee maker in the room (one is located in the small lobby), and no free breakfast. Otherwise, it was a pretty good hotel.”

“The hotel is small but has everything you’d need. Room with view of ocean is set up in a way that we couldn’t really see the ocean, which was a bit disappointing. The room was clean. ”

“We really enjoyed staying at Santa Monica Hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was really only one downside - the room was pretty warm and there seemed to be no A/C. Overall, it was a good value for the area and a lovely walk down to the beach. ”
