“The rental is a converted office space. It worked ok for our group and was reasonably priced. It is on a busy street but a nice safe neighborhood. Costco is three minutes away and there is a shopping center with market across the street. exterior has a digital lock but the interior locks could use an upgrade. Beds are very comfortable.”

“Nestled in Manhattan Beach, is this incredible find of a spot! It was very clean, and we all felt right at home. I appreciated how communicative Tony was, he also recommended the best places around for dining and even some of the local spots! 10/10 will stay here again! ”

“We had 4 couples (8 adults) in for a long weekend with the main purpose of attending a NFL game. The house is amazing… so much charm and character, it is even better than what you see in pictures! I would say pride of ownership is obvious and that was very appreciated by all of us! The area was perfect! Loved everything!”

“The host was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Inquiries were responded to within seconds. Entrance door needs some repair. Having basics like soap shampoo and hair dryers was perfect ”

“King size bed and double bed had some stains on the sheets. Wash clothes and towels looked dingy. Maybe get some new towels and sheets? Other than that house was good.”
