“Directions and check in was complete and fairly easy to follow. The space was what I expected from the listing. Walking along the beach was enjoyable and we enjoyed both the pier in the morning and a dinner within walking distance. “We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE.”

“Needed a nice place for a two week stay in LA. This condo fit the bill. Great location, lots of restaurants and other amenities close by. Dedicated parking. And the condo itself was perfectly outfitted. Nice appliances. All the utensils you need. Comfy bed. And was very clean. Brooke was very responsive. Having to go through the guard gate could be a little cumbersome, but added to the security. All in all highly recommended. ”

“This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. “Jen made us feel comfortable and welcome. The bed was cozy, and both the room and bathroom were extremely clean. The dogs were initially scared of me because I was a stranger, but they still let me pet them occasionally. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but Jen’s place made us feel safe.
