“I couldn’t believe how cute the room was! It was like one surprise after another. It was very clean and looked like they had just redecorated. Then I looked up and noticed the ceiling was painted with clouds and birds. It was beautiful! Then I turned on one of the light switches and there was blue lighting under all of the crown molding in the room. So cool! You could hear the traffic from the highway, but I didn’t notice it after I went to sleep. I really loved this place and the price, and……

They just told me that they make a mistake for using this card and 3days later they wanna fix it then ask me to leave the hotel. And talk in a really mean way. The manager was sitting in her office all time and doesn’t even wanna show up to solve the problem until I was almost freaking out at the front desk. Then i……

But Teresa in housekeeping was very helpful. The valets were super fast in getting our car every time. We will be back ”
