“Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool……

“This was my first time using VRBO instead of a similar company where I had been burned so many times with bad listings that I stopped traveling for a while. I was not disappointed. This place was exactly as listed. Place was clean and no bad smells. Internet worked. Air conditioner was great. Bathrooms were stocked. Beds were clean. Kitchen was stocked enough to get basic cooking done which is one of the reasons I prefer staying in a house versus a hotel. I did bring my own cast iron……

“This place is an amazing find. Host is welcoming and you can tell how much pride he takes in his property. It is a quite spot close to, but away from the crowds at the University. We saw a momma deer and her two fawns, and found the tree frogs on the windows at night amusing. Definitely plan on staying again when Iwe are Gainesville. ”

“Nice quiet location, central to all the springs we were visiting. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the deer and the turkeys in the fields in the morning and at sunset. Well-appointed home with seamless check in and great host communication. Will definitely book here on our next trip to the springs!”

“The bunkhouse was very cozy. There was a cute farm kitty that came and greeted us every morning, we fed the supplied treats and catnip.We loved that the kitchen was supplied with items(thermal lunch bag, iceboxes, to go coffee mugs, and refillable water bottles) we were able to use on our outings to the springs. ”
