“Adorable place, great location ”

“The property manager had great communication, responded to any questions very quickly. This location was perfect for our family while in Gainesville to visit Shands. It was only a couple of blocks away from the hospital and a variety of eating establishments. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and the public swimming pool was right across from the property so for us it was the perfect location.The only issue we had was Google Maps, (GPS) showing the property incorrectly as "Bldg. J"……

“We hastily rented this unit after a cancelation by our scheduled host. The bedrooms are oddly configured as you have go through one to get to the other. We never found the washer/dryer. The host was very accomdating and brought a new TV the day we checked in. That was very nice but it fell to me to get it on the network, logged in and ready to go. The AC worked well and kept the unit comfy The unit overall served our purpose and the host tried very hard make sure we had what we needed,……

“I stay in High Springs for cave training and have stayed at The Poe the last two times I’ve gone and definitely will again in the future. Beautiful studio right in town. Close to dive sites, restaurants and Publix if you want to cook/eat in. 5 stars. Thanks again Shawn! ”

“The outside of the building could use a little work, but don't let that fool you. The Elegant Studio was indeed elegant and decorated beautifully. The bed was so comfy, the kitchen stocked really well and the bathroom was perfect! The host was more than attentive and super nice! We will definitely stay here again!”

“Pet friendly clean room location excellent for Shands biggest problem was noisy Air Conditioner in bedroom closet. Hard to sleep with. Power went out once but came back on quickly. We would stay again as walking distance to hospital. Hosts were great to answer questions and help. Maybe a pot holder would be needed to take things out of the oven as we like to eat at home. Only photo I have is fog looking out of window”
