“It’s an amazing property ! The best part of the place is the private thermal hot water in some of the rooms ! We had the best time ! We also loved the dense vegetation and the birds who nest in the property , truly a delight to see specially in mornings .. The restaurant is a little over priced and superbly slow specially in dinner time - I would recommend going to the restaurants outside the resort which are 10-15 min max and much. Cheaper and better food ! ”

“Una experiencia decepcionante, el hotel no incluye todos los servicios y características que dice en la página, es más, no ofrece ni papel higiénico, los lavatorios extremamente sucios, incluso, el drenaje estaba taqueado con jabones de otros huéspedes anteriores, la habitación súper húmeda, el servicio pésimo, la recepción ni existe literalmente; nos costó muchísimo llegar pues el hotel por afuera no tiene ni un cartel que señale dónde es, después de 20 minutos logramos encontrar el hotel por……

“A perfect place to relax. And, if you are tired of relaxing there is a canopy maybe 900 m away. But don’t worry you don’t notice that when you are in the hotel (close but no noise). I like the hot spring bath and its close vicinity to beautiful flowers, a green forest in the background and a richness of birds. There is a good restaurant near it if ever you are with no car.”

“The view from the room of the Arenal volcano and the beautiful tropical gardens were amazing! We also loved the hot springs as well as the pools. Breakfast was plentiful with excellent choices. All staff were welcoming and most helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.”
