“Very quiet not many people there. No entertainment. Front desk very helpful with everything. Best friend got sick from breakfast for a day and sister got sick from dinner. Food wasnt as good. Hotel beautiful great springs. Drinks not strong at all...we got probably 2 string drinks being there 5days. We left resort to visit other springs about $30pp. We thought we woild got free day pass but wasnt specified. ”

“酒店工作人员非常友好，尤其是前台姑娘给了我们很多旅行建议和帮助。但内部设施和管理的确不敢恭维，check in时间是下午两点，但我们到达后却说保洁人员还没来打扫，一直等到下午三点多才入住，而入住后我发现保洁只整理了床铺，洗手间地面甚至还有废纸，洗手池下方也漏水严重，地面很多积水。尤其无法忍受的是第一晚房间没有任何毛巾，前台说就是没毛巾的，我们只好在附近买了一条，结果第二天打扫房间后又提供了很多条毛巾。酒店地理位置不错，但如果是像我们一样自驾游的游客真的没必要选择这里。”

“We liked our stay at the Arenal Montechiari Hotel. It was different from a usual hotel because of the small, individual houses. Positive things about the houses are ...they have air conditioning, are clean, have a room safe for valuables, have a TV, and the breakfast is adequate. Every unit has a small porch with two chairs on it. The price for staying there is very reasonable, and the grounds are pretty with flowers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Negative things are... the small houses……

“We loved the gardens and jungle trail around the hotel. Birds paradise. In addition to a regular pool, hot springs pools were very convenient too. The shower is a bit dated but overall clean and served its purpose. The breakfast was filling and tasty: scrambled eggs, white bread, cheese, rice and beans, sauteed veggies, fruits, yogurt, cereal, coffee. The personnel was polite and patient with all our questions. The view of volcano adds to the overall great impression. ”
