“I only encountered a minor issue, upon arrival at the room, the bed sheets were stained, and no towels in the room; however, I talked. To the staff who fixed it right away, the place is really nice and the staff is friendly, I definitely recommend this hotel”

“We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.”

“Tienen mucha demanda y no es temporada alta. Muy bueno para las familias con niños así que poca tranquilidad. La atención de los meseros muy bueno. Solo como sugernecia deberian tener politicas del consumo de alcohol en la alberca. Nos toco una familia con adolescentes que ya estaban de impertinentes y groseros es una irresponsabilidad de los padres tomados y tambien sis hijos ademas traian niños más pequeños. No porque continuen consumiendo $$$ arriesguen la seguridad de otros huespedes.”
