“It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again.”

“This ended up being a scam. Hotels.com prevented me from cancelling the reservation after I determined it was a scam, so I booked another hotel through another service. I ultimately traveled to Sapphire Court and attempted to view the residence but i was turned away, and told that it was a scam because Sapphire Court would never lease rooms on the internet. “I arrived to check in but the front desk was not there and the housekeeper said she doesn’t know who I spoke with even though I was trying to explain to her that I made bookings online. Housekeeping called the front desk lady on the phone and she said she is somewhere else and it will take her 45min-to an hour, can you imagine this mess after pay $155 for this S.Hole.
