The food was very good but the service rather slow. We weren't in any hurry but 30-40 minutes to produce breakfast after ordering seemed a bit excessive. The bedroom was a good size and very clean albeit for a few cobwebs in the corners but a very small criticism. Amazing scenery around and so close to local amenities in Berwick. The breakfast that was included with the room was delicious and a good variety of food to choose from. Get a table next to a window if you can for lovely views of the coast with your breakfast. “Dinner and cooked breakfast was very good. Room basic but clean but no heating on when we got in so very cold until we put radiators on also cold eating downstairs on the evening had to put another jumper on to be comfortable ”

“Booked 2 Rooms & when we arrived the Host said she wasn't letting out Rooms anymore so we were stuck at 7.30pm with nowhere to stay. Having trouble getting a Refund from you. Definitely wouldn't recommend.”
