“Beautifully decorated and appointed. Large TV in room. Comfortable bed. Only negative is that the room was hot so had to open window and nearby road is noisy. Also walls thin so could hear people in next room using bathroom, coughing etc. Which disturbed my sleep. ”

A really great outing for the senses: comfortable, beautiful presented old school house with an antique shop in the playground, good parking, superb village location, convenient for the whole of west Norfolk and close enough to major routes for the rest of the county / region. Bridget and Andrew are excellent hosts, the breakfast was wonderful, wi-fi strong, and decoration throughout is marvellous. Very good value stay - top quality shower!! As ever, my best recommendation would be……

“Immediate impression was a beautiful pub, gorgeous outdoor seating and when walking into the bar/reception it was very clean. Super friendly and helpful staff too. Parking was a short 3 min walk from the pub with 24hr parking available. Room was spacious and clean, although there was what looked like a blood stain on the opening of my pillowcase. Bed was a bit soft for my liking but that’s ok. Room is seperate from the pub so you don’t get noise from that, however the windows don’t block out……

“My first stay at the Farmhouse but my sister has stayed before and recommended. Went with my dog and they were very accommodating and friendly to us both. Great location for some long walks in a nice peaceful area. Room was a good size and the bed was super comfy. Can't wait to go back :) ”
