“We stayed for 3 nights for ease to be closeby to the Royal Victoria Hospital - which only took us about 8 minutes in the car. Check in was brilliant, really lovely member of staff on the desk. I had emailed about the apartment being ready a bit earlier and this was no problem. The secure underground parking was a huge benefit. Plenty of grocery stores within walking distance and lots of places nearby and available for delivery using deliveroo which was handy for us as we were running back and……

“Hotel was great on check in, we arrived 5 mins before the kitchen closed and the last checking in said they would still serve us. Food very nice. Following morning we got up to have showers. The shower was a dribble and cold, so much so I ended up washing my hair using the ice bucket in sink. My husband went to reception to report it, although apologetic there was no solution offered - such as alternative room for a shower or a handyman to look at it. My husband didn't end up having a……

“The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. ”

“Hotel location is good. The room is clean and comfort. We have 2 rooms booked, 1 room with 4 sockets and 1 room with 2 only. Having 2 people in one room, 2 sockets is not enough as people has many things to charge when back to hotel. ”

“Stayed in room 9 was fine on top floor ,stairs to vlimb room was adequate. Plug socket in wrong place,no sockets by bed. Shower was ok very slippery so be careful. Bed was comfortable Ensure you read you entry email clearly. ”
