“Great house! One caveat was they were still cleaning when we arrived, but we were swimming at the resort, so no worries...but I'm sure they had to rush then...bedding not on our bed but in dryer...no biggie. The pool heater was not on and we had to call about it the next day and they turned it on. Very attentive when we called. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The place is beautiful clean and very nice! However the communication with the host company was a complete JOKE. Asked for early check in was told to call 24 hr prior to stay … I did … then she said to message back after 12 the day of check in …. I did waited for a response for an hr then was told the protest wouldn’t be ready before 330 due to they were still cleaning it …. Which was lies because we parked in the drive way for an hour and no one was in the place … messaged for the door code……

“Property was continently located to the Disney Parks. Plenty of room for a large family. Only issue we encountered was parking due to the neighbors having several vehicles parked on the street. The house will easily accommodate 4 vehicles. The game room and pool were nice and the kids loved both areas. The two living rooms were good, but it would have been nice to have either a cable service or a streaming service for the house. The master bedrooms were comfortable, but the other beds were……

“This house was awesome. Tons of room. Clean. Everything worked. Beautiful community pool with bar and concession stand. And a 15 minute drive to all the Disney parks. I’ve rented allot of houses on VRBO and this one by far is my favorite. ”

“Nice house for us to retreat to after long days at Disney. Fun at the water slides and lazy river in the day we didn’t go to Disney. House was clean. Would’ve been nice if the kitchen was a little more well appointed- more trash bags, soap/dishwasher soap, salt/pepper etc. but comfy rooms and lots of space”

“This was a fantastic property. The house was great. The only negative was we couldn't get the pool or hot tub to work properly, but the management company refunded our money. Florida Premiere Rentals is a 1st class company and they did what was right. Thank you.”

“Liked the location and house. Could easily have been excellent overall with just a little attention to detail. List of things to expect at the house was incomplete/incorrect causing me multiple trips to the local store. Also, they had two board games and dominos with so many missing pieces they were unplayable. Also had coloring pencils with no points on them Making them unusable. A chalk board for the kids with no chalk. Sounds small but could have been so much better if someone paid……

“This property was even better than described. It was so spacious, clean and the kitchen was awesome. My grandchildren loves the Disney themed decor and the game room. Highly recommend!!”

“Overall it was a good stay. Nicely furnished, the pool was awesome and water park at the estates was enjoyed immensely by the kids.Floor could have used a good scrubbing, we did not have a shower curtain or shower bar in our bathroom. We just used a different one. And it would have been nice to have more than 1 kitchen towel to dry dishes with. Overall it was a good stay and good experience. ”

“Great location with plenty of space for larger family trips. House was an escape with plenty to do for all ages. Rooms were uniques and pool, game room, and theatre provided plenty to do when not at the parks. Note: plan on supplementing amenities that are provided. Minimal supplies are provided (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc, but not enough for a larger family for more than a few days. Also, amenities such as use of the grill come with an additional change.”

The kids absolutely loved the pool at the house after a long day at Disney we would head to the house for swimming and to make dinner in. All the bedrooms allowed is all a good night sleep. The company was easoto contact with any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay again. ”
