“Beautiful property. The pool and game room were definitely the best part of the whole stay! The pool was very clean, someone came twice in the week we were there to clean it. The kids had a blast in the game room! There was plenty of room for everyone. The property manager was quick to respond to all our questions. We will definitely come back. We made a lot of memories with the other family we were with! ”

One caveat was they were still cleaning when we arrived, but we were swimming at the resort, so no worries...but I'm sure they had to rush then...bedding not on our bed but in dryer...no biggie. The pool heater was not on and we had to call about it the next day and they turned it on. Very attentive when we called. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The property is nice, but we had serious issues that never got corrected. We had hvac problems and the tech couldn’t fix it, and just brought box fans in to alleviate heat. It wasn’t a new problem and Florida vacation rentals was aware. The house shouldn’t have been rented until the hvac units were replaced. So the hvac guy with our group finally fixed the ac to where we could stand to sleep there.The other issue was electrical. We had one bedroom area and hallway that had no electric. That one……

“The location was perfect. This was our fourth weeklong Disney trip in five years. We are Disney regulars. This was the first time that we have stayed “off property.” However, it will be or preference going forward. Our 2023 week was at the Grand Floridan, and our 2022 week was at the Contemporary. Staying off property did not add much to our compute time to and from the parks. It certainly made getting out the door and to the parks easier and the arrival home was so much better. Taking a……

“Very nice house. Arcade room got alot of use. Unfortunately spa wasnt set properly so unable to use it. Great location, 20 minutes from Disney and 35-40 from Universal depending on traffic. (Listing is very inaccurate about distance to parks) Overall a good stay with timely responses from the mgr.”

“Property itself was wonderful for floor plan and decorHowever - calls for a dead door lock on day 2...were not acted on until a second call had to be made at 10 pm at night when we had called 8 hours earlier.....frustrating as we had children that had to wait for an emergency technician - no followup until another call placed hours later... No lock box to gain access - response the next day was that they would have a lock box installed at this property, not helpful to us their guests locked out……
