“For 4 adults and 2 toddlers visiting 5 parks in 8 days, it was the perfect home base for our trip. (The listing shows an incorrect address with the correct location being Storey Lake.) The house had ample space and bedroom/bath accommodations for everyone along with a pool included in the lanai and the resort, itself, has a great assortment of water play options at the clubhouse.My son and daughter-in-law are even considering renting several homes for a friends with children type trip in the……

“Property itself was wonderful for floor plan and decorHowever - calls for a dead door lock on day 2...were not acted on until a second call had to be made at 10 pm at night when we had called 8 hours earlier.....frustrating as we had children that had to wait for an emergency technician - no followup until another call placed hours later... No lock box to gain access - response the next day was that they would have a lock box installed at this property, not helpful to us their guests locked out……

“The location was perfect. This was our fourth weeklong Disney trip in five years. We are Disney regulars. This was the first time that we have stayed “off property.” However, it will be or preference going forward. Our 2023 week was at the Grand Floridan, and our 2022 week was at the Contemporary. One caveat was they were still cleaning when we arrived, but we were swimming at the resort, so no worries...but I'm sure they had to rush then...bedding not on our bed but in dryer...no biggie. The pool heater was not on and we had to call about it the next day and they turned it on. Very attentive when we called. Would definitely stay here again!”
