“Excellent stay, easy drive to all the parks”

“We absolutely loved our stay. The house was gorgeous, clean and in a fantastic location. The only thing that was extremely disappointing was the surprise charge of $272.08 USD/$410.30 CAD to heat the pool and spa for the week. That should be included or made clear in the listing.”

“The accommodations were exactly as pictured and the communication with the management company prior to and during our stay was excellent. The location is ideal - close to Disney and with plenty of conveniences and restaurants nearby. We would absolutely stay again for future travel to the area.”

“We arrived and all seemed okay. Place was large and spacious which matched the descriptions. Per the check-in requirements, we reviewed the home for any problems/issues to report. We called Maintenance and reported lights that were out, broken tables, etc. They quickly responded and fixed. However, we requested a heated pool. The first 3 days of our 10 day stay we had heat. Then we reached out about it. Maintenance came by to turned it up. Still nothing. I responded that it seemed……

“Great spot that was more affordable than others. Check in was difficult as gate code and door code given were incorrect. Quick responses from host got us in after few minutes. Place was clean and nice. Would stay again!”

“The property was a convenient distance to Disney and lots of shops and restaurants right down the street. The house had everything we needed. The pool and amenities were an added bonus. It also had a little movie theatre in the community that was a nice day to break up our week at Disney. Plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen had everything I could need. ”

“Spacious living area inside with a nice layout. Buildings/ pools are too close together with no privacy. We unfortunately experienced terribly inconsiderate neighbors the first few nights partying loudly and topless (day and night) past 3 am. The property told us to call the police but we decided to try and handle it ourselves and letting them know we had small children and a baby with us. Some people just don’t care about others. “We rented the property to have a business retreat for the week. Location was a little further out of Orlando than expected, but not an issue at all! The only issue for us, was getting the address for the home at 5:00 pm day of check in. Understanding the reasoning from the owner though. Having 30 people traveling in from all over the south east posed a bit of a challenge and confusion. Overall, home was great!”

“This was by far the best vacation house ever. Twelve of us and every single one had best time. Something to entertain all from ages 4 to 77! Super clean. Super close to Disney. What a great home to come back to after long day. Restaurants close for delivery. Just can't say enough about how perfect house was. ”

“The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. The only safety concern was the shower/bath. The bathtub was very......EXTREMELY slippery. There is a grab bar but its provide enough stability. The dial to control water temp in the shower is difficult to adjust and the water temperature fluctuates quickly and to extreme temperatures. Please use caution. There also were no lights in outside corridor. I mentioned this to the owner. She quickly responded to me to in regards to rectifying the issue.……

“Our stay was largely perfect. The only exception was that the heated pool, which we paid extra for, did not have heat until the third day of our trip. The problem was mostly caused by our Trip including the Thanksgiving Holiday, BUT we paid in advance and it should have been on when we arrived.”
