“I had a wonderful stay at this historic hardwood-framed mountain chalet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Jennifer, the Hotel Manager, went to extraordinary lengths to facilitate my very late arrival, even upgrading my room. She was fantastic. I also stayed an extra night.
