“Check in procedure was simple, this facility has a full kitchen that is well stocked with equipment. It has a full sized refrigerator and beautiful grounds, the outdoor seating area has a gas fireplace and beautiful lighting at night. Very private tiny house in a great location.”

Inside it was light and airy and decorated with a peaceful, beachy vibe. “Quiet, lovely, will stay again!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay! The studio is an easy walk to the beach and situated in a nice neighborhood. It’s been well kept, clean and very well equipped. Ed and Jill were most accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. We will be back!”

“Chris is a kind generous host, there when you need him yet fully respects your privacy. When I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little hot plate so we could have eggs for breakfast, he said he doesn’t encourage cooking in the room but he’d bring me the bbq. “Perfect beach getaway with our Labrador retriever. The Grotto had everything we needed and Jason the host was very welcoming and responsive. It was close to all kinds of restaurants and within a short drive of dog beach in Del Mar. The weather was exactly what we were looking for, an escape from the Arizona heat. “We had a wonderful time in Oceanside. It was nice to come back to a mini house then a hotel room. It was nice and quiet. Beautiful environment and nice hosts. We will definitely try to get this same place next year.”
