“Our requests for preferred items/location was honored in a way that exceeded our expectations. The staff was professional and very welcoming. I found that I really prefer the flooring over carpeting in the room. The bathtub faucet was very difficult to fully turn on. It was easier once standing in the tub and caused us to wonder how a wheelchair-bound person could easily accomplish the task. Our hand limitations made being in front of the faucet a necessity.
