“Having a kitchenette is nice and it is spacious. Su[er clean. The pull out couch mattress was pretty thin and not in great shape, but not horrible.
The ice maker in our freezer did not work which is a problem because, being a residence type hotel, there are no ice makers in the hallway. That being said, the hotel staff were quick to supply bags of ice and a repair man came very quickly to assess the situation.

“There are a lot of bugs here. I was bitten on my face in the evening. I was bitten again in the morning. How could such a hotel live? They are not good waiters, do not care about you, their attitude is not good”
“Great property. Pet friendly. Quiet but next to large mall with lots of dining options open late and some deliver. Local neighborhood is typical NJ with plenty of ethnic variety which makes eating a real delight. Customer service was great. Nice property with ample places to walk dog, outdoor dog baggie dispensors and garbage bins. ”
“It was an older hotel but it was ok . It needs some electrical work, not all switches worked . The couch wasn’t clean or had stains on it . The king size bed was comfortable to sleep on . I would have liked a coffee maker in the room and cups also . ”
"We came down to check out at 10:30 in the morning. I paid a cash deposit. They can't check out until they check the room. The front desk told me 5 minutes but made me wait for almost half an hour. Halfway through, I asked her how long it would take because I had to go to a meeting urgently. She gave me a very nonchalant attitude. It was already 11:10 when I got the deposit. What made me very unhappy was that I was the only one who wanted to check out. Do you want me to wait for half an hour in the morning?"
