“We loved staying in this thoughtfully restored studio. It had everything you needed, including walkability to great restaurants and coffee shops. We appreciated the character of the apartment immensely. ”

“Getting in the building was easy and the instructions were clear. Using the elevator? Not so much. It would be nice to have deatiled instructions as WHERE TO TAP THE KEY TO ACCESS THE 6TH FLOOR. Hauling luggage up the hot stairwell is not fun. The apartment is cute. It needs to be painted pretty badly. The vents need a good cleaning. I only had decaf coffee available. Did they partner with the coffee shop downstairs so we'd be forced to buy coffee every morning? That was a bummer. Why make us……

“Easy access, quiet, comfortable, clean, and full of amenities. But most importantly, it is a SAFE location. I was in the area for a show at the Paramount. Due to safety concerns, staying in Seattle was not an option. This spot was perfect! I felt perfectly safe and it was a quick trip to get downtown. And how can you argue with the rate?! I would definitely book again.”

It is a wonderful neighborhood, a couple of blocks from the arboretum, and, if you are relying on public transportation, within easy walking distance of two bus lines that will take you into downtown within 30 minutes. Well worth it!”

“My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and traveling with my husband's best friend and his wife who were celebrating his birthday - we call this conjoined event birthiversary, lol. What a cute little place to stay! It's both private and located within a couple miles of all our activity destinations - Anderson School, museums, antiquing and wandering downtown. We did have a little hang up with receiving the check in directions, but Chris was very fast to respond and we were inside……
