“Lovely apartment in a secure building. Walkable neighborhood, very close to groceries, restaurants and public transit.We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace on chilly mornings. Would definitely stay again!”

“Exactly what we needed for our month’s stay in the PNW to visit family and friends. The unit is small but the fabulous view of Lake Washington gives a feeling of openness. Couldn’t ask for a better location as there are so many shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance. There is a bit of a walk outdoors to the unit from the elevator; an awareness for anyone with mobility issues. Also there is no cable. Would stay here again if in the area. ”

“Compact, well thought-out loft with secure parking. Two comfortable seating areas with sofa. Complete kitchen well-provisioned. Small gas grill on the balcony clean and easy to use. Comfortable bed in upstairs loft requires ascending a staircase, so not suitable for those with mobility concerns. Excellent communication & smooth check-in supporting our late-night arrival. Kind host. Will stay again. ”

“We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is more beautiful than the photos show- we loved the finishes and thoughtful amenities. During the day natural light is plentiful through large windows. The coffee bar is top notch! The mall and restaurants are within easy walking distance. We hope to be back! ”

“Pros: Great location, good layout, comfortable beds, responsive property manager, nice touches like shampoo/conditioner, q-tips, tissues, laundry soap. Cons: The space isn't decorated the way it is portrayed in the pictures on VRBO. It is decorated a lot nicer in the pictures, and based on the pictures we expected better kitchen provisions. Our biggest frustration was that the A/C was a single window unit that blocked access to half of one of the beds, there was no way of locking the window……

“The apartment was beautiful, easy to find, and located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Bellevue. It was very clean and well appointed. All appliances were in excellent condition and easy to use. Diana was a wonderful host, and she provided terrific support throughout my booking and visit. Moreover, she was available to provide support, but was not at all intrusive. I highly recommend this property, and I expect that I will stay here again for my next visit to Bellevue!”
