“I rented this property to host a small dinner. Abraham responded quickly to my questions about the property before booking, and just before my stay messaged with a comprehensive set of how-tos. The apartment was spotless when I got in. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee maker, french press, toaster, cooking utensils, and bakeware (sheet, muffin tin, 13x9 cake pan). “This place was great! Bright, spacious and in a fantastic location. Parking was hit or miss at times but that was my only complaint.”

“The AC hose was broken which made it almost impossible to keep the second floor apartment cool. The floors and counter were clean, but the walls in the bedroom need a scrub. Overall not great but I will say the bed was incredibly comfortable. ”
