“Very clean, comfortable condo. Nice that has 2 bathrooms with showers. Would be helpful to know that the address # is the building number, not the address of the entire Carlyle Condos - it was hard to figure this out and find the unit (especially in the dark). It is a great location! ”

“The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. ”

“Couldn't have been a more perfect weekend for a family birthday celebration. Ended up renting all three condos (1st-3rd floor). Host, Abraham was fantastic: helped us get situated (rented last condo at last minute) as well as ensuring all of our needs were met. Great location next to Lake Union and nearby amenities (grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, etc). Lovely streets to walk along and view the shore/house boats. Convenient to downtown (5-10 min drive). Uber available within mins. ……

“The AC hose was broken which made it almost impossible to keep the second floor apartment cool. The floors and counter were clean, but the walls in the bedroom need a scrub. Overall not great but I will say the bed was incredibly comfortable. ”
