“I used to live in this beautiful area and it was such a treat to be able to stay somewhere right in the middle of all that is historic downtown Orlando. It is such a unique and beautiful neighborhood and NOTHING like other areas of the city--but you have to experience it to understand that. Dyna's spot is smack in the midst of it, and just a few minute's walk to the little bars, bistros and quaint places to gather, including Lake Eola. She is a lovely person and we could not have enjoyed staying……

“I booked this home as a quick stopover after our Universal Studios trip, and I’m so glad I did! The house had everything we needed. We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. My younger siblings couldn’t get enough of the bedroom/game/movie room with the pool table. But for me, the sunset was my favorite! So beautiful and peaceful! We’re already talking about coming back! Thanks Paul and Austin!”

“This property has everything you want and need. It is the most well stocked home I’ve ever rented. I’ve been back numerous times visiting my daughter at college. The kitchen is well stocked as are the bathrooms and bedrooms. The host is very responsive to any needs and communicates well in the time leading up to the trip. ”

“This is a great property! Its location put us very close to everything we were doing (Universal, Kia Center, and restaurants). The pool is great! My only suggestion is to leave a list of things to do each day for pool maintenance (empty the filter basket, empty the vacuum baskets, etc) so that the leaves don’t overwhelm the pool. I figured it out as I went and it was fine, but if you aren’t familiar with pool care like me, it takes a little bit of investigation. Overall, great home,……

“We came to town for our daughter’s graduation at UCF. The property is in a nice neighborhood and the patio with the lake view was relaxing and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped which allowed me to cook for my daughter’s graduation party. This was well worth it and so much better than staying at a hotel near campus which by the way were way more . I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Very enjoyable”

“We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent……

“Myself and a few friends needed a place to stay for a concert in Orlando. This place worked out great. Centrally located and easily accommodated 3 adults. House was as described and was perfect for our needs.”

“Casa Bella was very clean and nicely maintained. But the so called 5th bedroom was an “office/bedroom with a pull- out but not a bed. The 4th bathroom was so tiny that you couldn’t use the toilet and close the door. None of the showers could get cold water. The water was steaming hot in every shower. Accommodations were nicely sufficient”

“If you just want to chill out by the lake , R&R this is you place. They had fishing poles, chairs, umbrella, a beautiful wrap around porch where bought some wine and we hung out and played scrabble. The apartment was charming with all amenities and comforts. Amazing hosts! Choose how to spend your day, shopping, a mall, movie theater, all restaurants everything is close by. We will definitely be returning. 5 stars ”

“We wanted a beautiful placed to celebrate our mom's 90th birthday and we found it here! The house was perfect with views of the lake for morning coffee and a hot tub at the end of the day to relax. Everything we needed was available with a book of helpful details and suggested local things. We would stay here again without question!!”
