“Friendly and quick checkin”

“Driving up, at first I questioned my choice. The exterior was very unkept-the grounds overgrown. Upon entering, I could see interior renovation was underway. At check in, there were several ahead of me-the clerk apologized for the delay and upgraded me to a first floor king room. It was nice. The bed was very comfortable...the climate control efficient...the bathroom clean=plenty of new towels! The morning breakfast area was clean with a pleasing hot/cold food presentation. I say Bravo for……

“Wonderful experience. Front desk staff, concierge and the staff at Rix were all amazing. Very hospitable, polite and accommodating. It really made our celebration special! We loved the peloton room. ”

“I traveled 7.5 hours for a wedding. The resort accommodated me by getting my room ready early as I was arriving very close to the wedding time. The food was amazing; service was excellent. Clean rooms and kind people. Beautiful setting on the lake. ”

“The drive way to the motel is hard to find and has potholes in it. The room was clean, although the blanket on the bed had a burn hole in it and the sheet was worn very thin. The refrigerator worked fine, along with the air conditioner and microwave. There were no safety bars for the bathtub/shower. It was very quiet and staff was friendly. Breakfast was minimal and not diabetic friendly.”
