“10 out of 10 :) we came here for my birthday weekend and for the things we wanted to do, this place was prime for its location. Check-in instructions you may have to read over it a couple of times just because it is a process to get in but worth it and the instructions are prerty straight forward. If you love history, I highly recommend this place, the building was built in 1910 and as you're finding your way to the room, enjoy the historic walk-thru maze, you can just feel the history of this……

“If you are attending the Salt Lake City conference center, this is a great location. Clean place and relaxing. Open bedroom concept so be aware if staying with work associates. But highly recommended ”

“The property is small, yet clean and well kept. However, there’s a few rough patches that need to be worked on1. The water heater is pretty loud, it sounds like someone is running a washing machine the whole night2. There’s a Kurig machine but absolutely no pods!3. The bathroom has no hook/rack for towels or clothes. And the shower curtain is shorter than needed, so the floor is wet after shower4. Last but not least, THE CENTRAL HEATER DIDNT WORK the entire 3-day stay while it was snowing……

“Comfortable and easy access to downtown. We walked and took the public transit everywhere. We had a car with us and parking was very easy.”

“It was our first time doing VRBO. We decided to do a VRBO because of our family size. We wanted to be near things to do and be able to get on the interstate easily to get over to Lagoon, shops in Sandy. We were by Gateway area, tons to do, great food, walking distance. Our host was so responsive and checked in with us asked if we needed any suggestions of things to do or food. We had two 12 year old boys-loved the pool, my 17 year old girls loved to tan and drove all over the place. Our family……

“My family of 3 adults enjoyed our 2 week stay at Jodi's place.The kitchen is well-equipped. Jodi left coffee pods and some essentials. The ensuite washer dryer was a major convenience.”

“If you require peace and quiet, this is not a good place to stay. The tennats in the building are noisy, the noise from the street is loud, the HVAC is loud, and there seemed to be a trash pickup right outside window every morning around 4am. The owner of the apartment did not provide clear instructions and would not answer a phone call. Their provided instructions seemed like a template with key information missing. When we arrived, we were locked out of the building without instructions on……
