“This is a nice little townhome in a convenient location. To be clear, this is not the most beautiful part of SLC but it is convenient. State Street is a strip-mall monstronsity but just a block off that ugly road where this builiding is, the feeling changes. I hope projects like this one will continue to transform the area.The apartment is just as pictured - bright, clean and comfortable and the live plants add a lovely feeling. There are a 2 small cosmetic maintenance issues that if dealt……

“The location of this property is good. It is downtown and easy to find. The host communicated well to let us know lots of places nearby that we might want to visit plus restaurants to try. The property worked great for us, because it had a garage. We were in the process of moving, so our car was full of stuff that we didn't want to leave parked in a hotel parking lot or on the street overnight Be warned that this place has a lot of stairs. First, there's a staircase to get from the garage……

“The building number is clearly visible but the property unit identification is not. You can find the unit identifier on the key pad entry for the garage which is in very small print. I had to find it at night around 01:30am. The living space is very small with tight corners for mobility which is a challenge for a disabled person. The kitchen space is fully equipped and adequate for preparing meals. The sofa was very comfortable for lounging. All of the televisions are equipped with ROKU so……

“Loved this condo/apartment!! So spacious for myself and two 20-something kids. The key thing for us was the huge garage that made loading in and out for skiing a breeze. The living area is big and super comfortable for lounging out after a day of skiing - the giant screen TV was awesome. The kitchen is well stocked and also roomy. We loved the extra half bath on the main floor. The two bedrooms are big, well appointed with giant closets and nice bathrooms. Our host was responsive to any……

“The host kept in contact and answered every phone call i made. No matter the time of day. Very attentive and thorough. The property is very clean and had a lot of lighting for safety at night time. It is also fenced for an added protection. ”

“The listing says there’s a front unit, but does not describe it as the owner's dwelling, which it clearly appeared to be. The white bedroom rug, sheets, and towels all had numerous stains on them and the entire place clearly is not cleaned well in between tenants (floors were filthy if you took a wipe or paper towel to them). There’s no door mats or trays so it’s impossible not to track mud and dirt in so we were constantly wiping up the front doorway. The kitchen had no dishwasher and the sink……

“Quaint, excellent location close to both Temple Square and the Delta Center. Owner communication was detailed and on point. Lovely attention to tiny details that made the stay delightful (ie parking and code instructions, wreaths on the doors, ginger tea and a coffee grinder to name a few). Really enjoyed this accommodation and look forward to booking it again next year!”
