“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“What I liked about the property is that it was close together in the sense that the suite wasn't far from the office as well as the other amenities; pool, game room, workout space, BBQs, even a little gas fire pit for those that smoke. All in all, I look forward to coming back here as the staff were very pleasant people upon check-in. ”

“The place is obviously old but clean Parking was easy and close to our room We did not stay for breakfast since one of the machines was out of order and it was small There was a strong perfume smell near there as well and the couple we were with had dcentergies ”

“This is our second time to stay in this hotel for vacation. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay in Orillia. You can feel like a home once you step in this hotel.
