“We had a lovely stay at the hotel from June 7-14. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided us with excellent suggestions for exploring Buffalo. We appreciated the breakfast and shuttle service, as these amenities made our travel experience more convenient.”

For example, we had to ask for green tea, yogurts, English muffins, knives, etc. I couldn't find any receptacles for recyclables (cans or bottles). The WIFI was VERY spotty. ”
