“We arrived and check in went smoothly. Parking was right in front of the property. Parking include and easy access. My husband and I were pleased with the room. Very clean. Rooms and property as seen in pictures. Air conditioning was good. It did not feel humid and the AC turned off and on at a good rate. We only stayed for 2 days no room or staff issues. If we go back to San Antonio we will stay here. Kitchen is big enough to cook for a family. ”

Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana”
