“The house is nice. The beds need to be improved. The beds are very uncomfortable. Even just foam toppers would help. The kitchen utensils also need to be improved. It was difficult to prepare food for my family. Utensils were broken or in poor condition. The landscape needs attention. We own a VRBO and we understand the expectation when you pay a lot of money for a weeks stay you need to be able to sleep comfortably and make food rather than eating out every day. ”

“We are a group of retired siblings with mobility issues. The downstairs master suite was the main attraction for our visit and reunion. The home was clean and well maintained. The owner was responsive to a couple of minor issues we had and they were quickly resolved. The kitchen is well arranged and excellent for preparing meals. Although it was too cold to use the pool or hot tub, it was obviously in excellent shape and ready for use - if we were polar bears given the cold weather. Thanks……
