“The house was as advertised - warm, cozy, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Sadly, our stay was very brief as we had to end it after just two days for a personal reason. The owner’s integrity is commendable in that he refunded us the unused portion of our rental price without any qualms. No such consideration from VRBO who retained 100% of their fee. Contractually, they are of course entitled to that but anytime a company takes one’s hard earned money without having provided a viable service it……

“Sophiea’s property was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice! The neighborhood is quiet and safe (my girls loved riding the provided bikes up and down the road) but you are just down the road to shops and restaurants. Short drive to the ocean too. The house was big enough for our whole family and everyone had their own space. The dining room table and screened in porch are huge and it was so nice to have options where we could all eat together! It is the perfect house for kids -……

“I cannot recommend this place enough! The updated kitchen was fully-equipped with everything we needed, we enjoyed the high-quality bedding and the kids and teens LOVED the big bunk room (which ended up having two secret twin matresses under the bunks!) The house's spacious layout was perfect for our large group of 4 adults and 6 kids ages 8-16. It provided a super comfortable centralized location great for lounging, enjoying meals together, playing games, etc. while still giving the right……
