The rooms were very comfortable and are just as advertised in the photos. Would very much recommend to any family/friends travelling to the Dallas area. ”

“Loved this wonderfully comfortable gem! 10 minute walk to my daughter’s small house which was fabulous! Also walkable to many many local, fun & lively restaurants, bars, coffee places, even Trader Joe’s. Hosts super efficient, excellent quick responses to a couple of questions. Unit was spotless & spacious Kitchen well stocked if you want to cook a meal there. Washer dryer a nice touch too. Definitely will be staying here again!”

“The train station was a brisk 20 minute walk away and once you know the route you are good to go every day. Train to city was fast and clean. Station always had guards around. Safe neighbourhood and friendly locals.”

“The duplex was super clean. It looked like it was staged to be ready to be sold. It has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an eating area and a couch that fold out into a bed. Just one thing, the water faucet in the sink is just barely a stream and it is very cold. The shower is that way too. Other than that, perfect! Also very close to the Cowboy stadium and Arlington ball park. Highly recommend! We will be back next year. ”

We stayed for one night after a concert and were thrilled to find it just steps away from The Bomb Factory and plenty of great restaurants. Kent provided clear directions, safe parking, and excellent communication throughout. I would absolutely recommend this place!”
