“It is walking distance from any bar on Knox/Henderson, making it very easy to see the town. It is right outside of Highland Park, the safest and most beautiful place in Dallas. The apartment was perfect for our short stay, and even though it was old feeling, it was still very nice and kept up to date. ”

“The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience.”

“Good Communication. Perfect location for game and trip to Dallas and local events. Nice unit very clean. first impression of locale a little shady but no issues in 5 day stay. Could use some dressers on second floor.We would return if coming back to area”

“We loved the place- so big, cozy, cute! Pros: beds, proximity to our events Cons: noise- Wycliff, sirens, etc. Needed a tiny trashcan in tiny bathroom. Front Door was difficult to open. ”

“Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!”
