“Perfect for a few nights away with the kids. Thank you!”

“The cottage is a short walk from the various beaches and shops of St Ives, so perfect for a short break in the town. The cottage is well equip and it's amazing how everything is fitting into the place.The only negative side is the lack of parking and having to stop on a double yellow to load/unload. It took us about an hour to find a parking space when we arrived, so plan ahead!”

“A cosy space for our family of 5. We loved being able to leave the car behind and wander everywhere easily. Leach pottery is a shot walk as is the Tate, Hepworth museum and all the beaches which gave us lots of flexibility. The views from the living room were beautiful, lovely sunsets!”

“Lovely house renovated to a high standard, situated a 15 minute walk from the fantastic Carbis Bay beach, St Ives harbour is only a 20 minute walk in the other direction where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops. ”

Beautiful panoramic views over Carbis Bay , private entrance onto beautiful, woodland trail to Carbis Bay ( taking approximately 20 minutes to beach) Beautiful comfortable master bedroom - with access to balcony . “Herbert Cottage is right in the middle of everything Newlyn, an active yet picturesque fishing village with great restaurants & cafe has to offer. Just a short stroll to Penzance &short car rides to all the lhighlights it’s really well situated. Although centrally located it’s peaceful & quiet with everything you could want. Lenn was a great host”
