“The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!”

“When we turned up to the property on 22nd May 2025 around 5pm, a landlady, the owner, told us that she had nothing to do with Vbro or Expedia and we had been not booked, and she told us to leave, with no further explanation. I explained that it took us 6 hours to travel from London to there, we supposed to be on a holiday and we booked the few days before, having confirmation and money had been transferred. “An excellent base from which to explore The Lizard, the host provided detailed and extensive information on how far beaches/places of interest were,both on foot or by car, as well as tide times and weather which is important since several of the beaches on the peninsula are highly tide dependent. "The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."
