“We had an amazing stay. Neil and Lisa were very quick to respond to any concerns or requests that we had. The location was perfect. It was also well equipped with everything you might need. The hot tub was cleaned twice while we were there. The windows were also done so the maintenance on this house is well taken care of. We would love to stay again”

“Wir waren 9 Nächte in diesem Haus in der Nähe von St. Ives und Penzance. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mitten in der Landschaft mit Sicht auf das Meer. Wir konnten Schwalben, eine Eule und Junghasen beobachten. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und konnten auf kurze Fahrdistanz kleine Städtchen erkunden, schöne Gartenparks anschauen und den South-West-Coast-Path begehen. Wir können die Wohnung wie auch die Lage sehr empfehlen.……

“A warm welcome awaits visitors with tea coffee biscuits and flowers on arrival, at this fabulous holiday house. The location of the property is perfect for a beach holiday.Tate St Ives is right on the doorstep and the Barbara Hepworth Museum is a short walk away. Everything St Ives has to offer is a short walk from the house, including fabulous bakeries shops and restaurants. ”

“We had an amazing stay here. The property feels very spacious even though there were 8 of us, and the views are just stunning. The kitchen is well equipped so cooking dinner each night was a breeze. Several beautiful beaches 5-10 mins walk away. Great communication with Katherine. Highly recommend!”

“We've been at Trevilley for the 4th time and it's just wonderful! Mousehole is a most beautiful village which offers all you need with good restaurants and a nice pub. At Trevilley the feeling is like being on a ship overlooking Penzance bay with St. Michael's mount and St. Clement's Isle. The house has a very unique atmosphere and breathes the ocean ... “The villa was great! We really enjoyed coming back to the villa after our days of adventuring. So quiet and relaxing. Multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind. We took opportunity of the pool every day. We also enjoyed the private chef prepared dinner, and had leftover food for the next night. Thanks Barbara for being a wonderful host!”

“The house is well cared for and loved. Exceptionally clean and well equipped for a holiday. The beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. The towels provided for both bathrooms are large and very soft. The patio area it is a large sunny oasis to enjoy Al fresco dining or just to enjoy the sunshine. The house is located at the top of a hill (most of St Ives is very hilly). About a five minute walk down hill to the town centre. At the end of your stay your fitness levels will have improved……

“Clean modern property very close to the town centre but in a quiet residential area.Had a problem with the smoke alarm beeping but Sam was round within an hour of me phoning on arrival to sort it.very convenient for walking in to the town centre and less than 10 mins walk to the Train and Bus station.”

“a superb 3 storey house with amazing sea views over Porthmeor Beach and the headland. Clean, tidy and well equipped with plenty of external space for entertaining with further sea views. Have stopped in 3 large houses around St Ives so far, and this is by far the best house. Highly recommended.”
