“Brilliant stay, clean and quite - recommended for anyone planning to stay near Land's End”

“Thanks for a lovely stay. The flat is just as described, cosy, comfortable, well equipped and really nicely set out (and yes the view is awesome). Ali is a great host. The parking access is a little tricky but fine once you get the hang of it. ”

“Lovely apartment, very clean, modern and spacious with everything you need.The location is perfect, a short walk down to Carbis Bay and a quick cheap train ride to St Ives (the location couldn't be more convenient for the station). It is also a great location to access lots of other beautiful beaches in the area, Gwithian was another favourite of ours for bodyboarding and to see the seals.Communication with the owners was great.Would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott’s vacation flat. It was clean, comfortable in every way and the views from the front windows were breathtaking. There is excellent wifi and because we did cook some nights, we really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with useful utensils and stainless steel pans. The towels were thick, the furniture was comfortable and the appliances were top notch. Communication with Scott and the leasing agent was easy and they were always responsive. A……

Beautiful panoramic views over Carbis Bay , private entrance onto beautiful, woodland trail to Carbis Bay ( taking approximately 20 minutes to beach) Beautiful comfortable master bedroom - with access to balcony . “My wife, son, and I had an amazing stay in St. Ives and the beach view from the bay windows of this property was truly one of the highlights of our vacation. It made for a perfect start to every day. The property was immaculately clean and well located. The designated parking spot was a real plus and made arrival and departure a breeze in a town of notoriously tight streets. Having the basics (toilet paper, soap, and coffee and milk!) already there made for an easy start to our stay. ……

“Stay was excellent, apartment was clean and spotless throughout. Parking space is a bonus in st Ives - however - be aware of the low wall to one side and don’t get caught out and scratch or damage your door. We didn’t but I can easily see it happening”
