“Wonderful place to stay for a break in St Ives. Booking and access made easy by the owner who is a great communicator and very kindly allowed us to book an extra night due to travel problems. The Cobbles was absolutely spotless, cosy and comfortable. Perfect for access to beaches, harbour and shops and cafes/ restaurants in down along area. “This was our first experience staying in a self catering accommodation and it won’t be the last. We had everything needed to live comfortably. The view was amazing too. Jan came in to welcome us so gracefully on our first night and made us feel really welcome. The house was beautifully decorated and cozy, made us feel like we were home. “This property is 10 out of 10. Very well presented. Clean and bright. Perfectly well equipped with all that was required for a weeks holiday. Perfectly situated, we only went out in the car once. “My wife, son, and I had an amazing stay in St. Ives and the beach view from the bay windows of this property was truly one of the highlights of our vacation. It made for a perfect start to every day. The property was immaculately clean and well located. The designated parking spot was a real plus and made arrival and departure a breeze in a town of notoriously tight streets. “We loved it. It was a good size. The host lives in the house next to it and greeted us on arrival. They seemed genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible they were interested in our plans. The bed was great the view was good, you can see St Michael's Mount out of one of the windows.”

The house itself on the whole was good, although the kitchen utensils and plates were all very dirty and needed washing before use and the shower is impossible for anyone over the height of 5ft with a connection lead not long enough to extend țhe shower height. The cottage is well equip and it's amazing how everything is fitting into the place.The only negative side is the lack of parking and having to stop on a double yellow to load/unload. It took us about an hour to find a parking space when we arrived, so plan ahead!”
