The good things are, staffs are nice and helpful, breakfast is good.
The bad things are, room is old, the design of the shower is weird, the swimming pool is not clean.”

“We stayed at Vientienne overnight to transfer from Laos to Vietnam and choose to stay here. The hotel is brand new and the attention to the details of the staff, their helpfullness and kindness was distinguishing. Spa, pool and rooftop bar was a bonus with a nice view of the monument. They also have a more resort style hotel called Souphattra Heritage, this one looked more like for business travelers which we loved to enjoy the quietness over the weekend.”

“I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable……
