“Property was very nice! Staff was extremely friendly - even upgraded our room to the top floor as it was our first stay. Only complaint was the outdated electronics. The TV did not have streaming apps nor could you stream your phone to it to play movies or shows. Other than that, the facility was extremely nice. Would recommend to others! ”

“Weeks prior to check in, we called to confirm the pet policy and we were advised it was x amount/day. We booked in advance and when we arrived they charged us a sizable non-refundable pet deposit. Additionally they said they could not refund us the room payment, but that we could make and pay for a reservation at another hotel - it felt like extortion. They blamed the miscommunication on a new employee and would not even provide any discount or compensation even though they admitted it was……
