“This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. Compliments to everybody who works at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria, and thank you so much for making us feel so very welcome last……

“Es war ein toller Ort um sich zu erholen , der Pool ist riesig . Alles ist sehr sauber . Die Apartments sind sehr groß . Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich .Die Anlage war noch besser als erwartet . Zu Unternehmungen ist es nicht weit . Entspannung und Ausgehen sind nur 10 min voneinander entfernt .”

“This hotel was set in a stunning area, the apartment was very comfortable and in excellent condition. Staff were on the most part very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and very quiet. The only downside was lack of children’s playground and it wasn’t great for running. ”

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“Hotel muy bonito con todos los servicios disponibles, piscina, gimnasio, bares, restaurantes internamente sin necesidad de salir del hotel. El acceso a la piscina desde los niveles superiores no es directo, varios ascensores. La comida buffet muy bien y la atencion también. Los restaurantes fuera de pensión muy buenos pero algo caros. El acceso a la playa andando es largo aunque hay un autobús pero solo una ida y una vuelta. Hotel tranquilo, muy recomendable para relajarse, divertirse y comer……

“This hotel (unlike many other hotels is this area) is located right next to the beach. But what is really unique is that this beach is very well protected from the waves which are quite strong sometimes. While many other neighbour beaches were closed ours was open. So in addition to the swimming pools in the hotel we were able to swim every day in the ocean. We also liked that hotel that hotel is located in a quiet, not crowded, corner of Costa Adeje but one can find restaurants and shops in……

“The staff really make this property great ! From the concierge and front office staff to the amazing breakfast staff and room maids ! The gym is well equipped and it’s super easy to get taxis to local restaurants ! We really enjoyed our stay ! ”

“Struttura ben organizzata, pulita attrezzata. Qualità, convenienza e cortesia . Posto molto tranquillo a 10 Min da Las america e Los cristianos. A 5 minuti c'è la Lidl molto utile. Il personale molto serio e disponibile. La zona comune è molto comoda e attrezzata di tutto per eventuale colazione,pranzo ,cena. ”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”
