“Sotavento is a lovely facility in a breathtaking setting. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I *loved* the jacuzzi! However, the facility was understaffed. It seemed there was only one staff member on duty, and s/he was multitasking with cooking, waiting tables, and managing the front desk (and more I'm sure). Though I may have been the only guest, there should have been at least two guest-facing staff on duty 24/7. I didn't choose to do any of the recreational activities, but if……

“The room was nice, and the staff, once we got in touch with them, were very helpful. The bedrooms are relatively quiet considering how noisy it was outside. Check in was a bit disappointing. Took a while to get in touch with the person to check us in, and then we had to wait a long time for someone to show up.”

“Amazing place and good place to relax in Guatapé. If you arrive in your own vehicle,.you will be asked to leave your vehicle in the main parking lot and you will be driving inside the property with their own too taxis. ”

“This property is amazing with great views. The service is excellent and always helpful. They provide food services, water sports like jetskis and speedboats and go out of their way to help with anything you ask. Definitely a must stay.”
