“Having a zoo on the grounds was fun. Walls of room were thin and we could hear the neighbors, at times late at night or early in the morning making it difficult to sleep. Also, there was no ironing board in room; for convenience, I believe all rooms should be equipped.”

“In room amenities were nice but would have liked simple written instructions for operating the coffee maker, and normal (non foam) coffee would have been nice. Also, instructions indicating the room hvac was a 2 zone system. We set one thermostat expecting the 2nd to be mirrored. Net-net the accommodations were great. ”

“Overall, had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, but the age of the building combined with the poor weather conditions were causing more and more issues. One of the elevators felt unsafe and very poorly maintained. This also happened to be on the side of the building with the severe roof leak. The side door which lead to the "scary" elevator also appeared to lock properly, leaving it operable even at night.”
