“The hotel was under renovation, it was messy and unclean. They told us nothing about the renovation when we booked our room. It felt like a scam!”

“Oxford suites has wonderful amenities. Hot tub, pool, sauna. There is a steam room, although it is not hot. Breakfast was decent though the hot bar was not fresh. My biggest complaint is that my room smelled of pet urine. I pointed this out to the staff, and they suggested that I open a window, though my window open directly onto a walkway accessible by anyone and not in a great area. They weren’t extremely busy, so there was no reason why they could not have moved us to another room. It……

“Stayed one night to rest. Good price for simple amenities. Room was good enough and the two desk personnel I talked with were very nice. The complimentary breakfast was good.”
