“A reassigned property due to construction delays at the original property. Good communication with owner before hand. Large 4 bedroom with plenty of room inside. Hot tub always a plus. A short 5 minute drive to downtown. Not walkable to downtown. Beautiful early cool summer time in the Rockies. Needed the electric fireplaces in the mornings to knock off the chill. Area and Turquoise lake is beautiful. If we are ever up that way would consider staying again. ”

“Wow! The pictures of the views from the hot tub do not do it justice. A huge house that even with nine adults and a dog felt spacious. The furnishings are not fancy but the beds are comfy with plenty of extra blankets for those chilly nights. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, flatware and a nice array of cooking spices. A large dinning room table makes a great spot for group meals and game night. The wooded lot helps to muffle the noise from Hwy 24 and downtown Leadville is five……
